Mood music, exotica, lounge music, easy listening, furniture music ... Before Brian Eno advocated "ambient" in the mid-1970s, UtyRidats was formed in search of music that would take you to a different world just by listening.
The quartet consists of Suimin Dragon, Pho U, GorillaWave!, and Forever Lucky. They express the fantastic worldview using instruments such as fretless bass, flute, clarinet, Casiotone, steelpan, tabla machine, and many other percussion instruments. The 1st EP "Body & Soul" contains 5 songs including their 1st song "Etica", "A Spirit of Tiger" with impressive synthesizer and flute unison, and session-based "U.T.Y1". Surprisingly, the songs are recorded with a single microphone.
